Designed an instructional “How to Read Your Bill” document for Champion Energy to reduce customer service inquiries by providing clear guidance on their redesigned billing format, creating an educational tool that simplified complex billing information for customers.

Create an easy-to-use tutorial document that would help customers understand Champion Energy’s new bill layout, reducing customer service calls about billing questions while supporting the launch of the redesigned billing system. The guide needed to be included with first bills after redesign launch and with new customer accounts.
