Gradiant Sales Kit
My Role:
Led the complete redesign and brand implementation of the company’s sales kit template, creating a flexible Microsoft Word-based system to support the sales team’s diverse market needs. Developed a comprehensive template solution that maintained brand consistency while allowing for easy customization across multiple industry verticals.
Goal
Create a comprehensive sales kit template in Microsoft Word that would provide the sales team with maximum flexibility while ensuring brand consistency across six distinct market sectors (Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Textiles, Pharmaceutical, Mining & Refining, and Semiconductors) and accommodate both US and European market requirements.
Approach
- Recreated the existing sales kit template from the ground up using Microsoft Word for optimal user accessibility
- Designed seven specialized cover variations (six industry-specific plus one generic option)
- Developed dual-format versions for A4 and 8.5″ x 11″ specifications to serve global markets
- Collaborated closely with the sales team throughout the review process to incorporate feedback and ensure alignment with branding standards
Results
Delivered a scalable, user-friendly template system that enabled the sales team to independently create professional, brand-compliant materials for any target market while maintaining design integrity across all applications and geographic regions.
