My Role:
Designed recruitment postcards for RAVE Health to distribute to clients as a hiring outreach tool, creating multiple design options with templated information for flexible use across different recruitment scenarios.

Goal

Create professional “We’re Hiring” postcards that RAVE Health could offer to their clients as recruitment tools. Design 1-2 versatile versions that would effectively communicate hiring opportunities while maintaining brand consistency and allowing for easy customization of information.

Approach

Designed one standardized address side for consistent mailing format
Created two distinct back-side design alternatives to provide variety and flexibility for different recruitment contexts
Utilized Adobe InDesign to ensure professional print quality and easy template management
Incorporated templated information fields for seamless replacement of specific details (positions, contact information, etc.)

Results

Delivered a flexible postcard system that exceeded client expectations by providing multiple design options while maintaining professional brand consistency. Created user-friendly templates that enabled RAVE Health to easily customize recruitment messaging for different positions and client distributions, providing them with an effective physical marketing tool for their hiring initiatives.
