My Role:

As Senior Marketing Designer at Gradiant, I led video content creation from concept through final delivery, managing projects that ranged from ground-up production to post-production refinement. My responsibilities included pre-production planning and talent direction, where I worked directly with subjects to ensure they were comfortable and prepared for filming sessions. During production, I collaborated on capturing footage that would translate effectively across multiple platforms.

In post-production, I handled comprehensive video editing and optimization, transforming raw footage into polished content suitable for social media distribution. This involved cleaning up pre-recorded material, selecting the strongest segments from extensive footage libraries, and tailoring final cuts to meet the specific requirements of various social platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

The resulting video content served dual purposes, functioning both as external social media assets to engage our audience and as internal communications tools to support company initiatives. My role required balancing creative vision with practical constraints, ensuring each video effectively communicated Gradiant’s message while performing well within the technical and aesthetic parameters of its intended platform.
